The session is entitled: Governance of Drought Adaptation in Europe: Different Regions, same Challenges?

Submissions are now invited. If you are interested in holding a presentation or submitting a poster, please upload an abstract of up to 400 words on to the ECCA website. Each presentation has a 20 minute timeslot (15 min presentation followed by 5 minutes Q&A).

The conference aims to include presentations from a mix of academics, policy makers, and business representatives; Ecologic want to especially encourage policy and non-academic partners to submit presentations.

More than 1000 participants are expected to attend this, the second biannual 'European Climate Change Adaptation Conference'.

The conference will offer a unique platform for researchers, policy makers, and businesses to share new research results, novel policy developments, and practical implementation experiences regarding climate change impacts and adaptation, as well as highlight opportunities for business innovations aimed at supporting the transition to low carbon societies.

It will also show how climate change adaptation in Europe can contribute to job creation and other societal benefits.
